NOT THE CATS BEING THE HARDEST TO HANDLE.....

"You’re sitting at your desk, staring at a blinking cursor. You know what you want to say—but don't know where to start?"

Well in this case its the same thing but now as I have decided then...

 👇👇👇LET'S BEGIN👇👇👇

1. Approach Gently😀

  • Let the cat see and sniff you first.

  • Extend your hand slowly and let them come to you.

2. Know Where to Pet😼

  • Most cats enjoy being stroked on the:

    • Head (especially behind the ears)

    • Under the chin

    • Along the back

  • Avoid the belly unless you know the cat likes it—many cats don't😾.

3. Picking Up a Cat😶

  • Only pick up a cat if it seems calm and comfortable with you.

  • Place one hand under the chest, just behind the front legs.

  • Support the hindquarters with your other hand.

  • Hold the cat close to your chest for security.

4. Reading Body Language😊

  • Happy/relaxed cat: purring, tail up, kneading paws.

  • Nervous/angry cat: ears back, tail flicking, hissing, growling.

  • Respect these signals—if a cat wants to be left alone, give it space.

5. Avoid Rough Play😈

  • Use toys, not hands or fingers, to play.

  • This helps avoid bites and scratches.

6. Provide a Safe Environment🌄

  • Cats like high places and quiet spaces to retreat.

  • A scratching post, toys, and a clean litter box are essential.
